Sales Tax

The HopeFULL Company charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are shipping to Minnesota, a sales tax of 6.875% will be added to your purchase total. 6.5% state sales tax going to the state General Fund, and a 3/8 of 1 percent tax going to arts and environmental projects.

Return Policy

The HopeFULL Company guarantees customer satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. New, unopened items sold by The HopeFULL Company will receive a full refund for the cost of merchandise. Opened or tampered with items may be subject to a restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error or product default we will arrange for shipping pick up. You should expect a refund within 5 - 10 business days of our receiving of the item.
